Aunque me esperaba que lo de Patriceeeee!!! fuese un montaje, no preveía una escena tan bonita como la que me encontré hoy en Como Conocí a Vuestra Madre. Robin sube a la azotea del World Wide News, su lugar favorito de Nueva York, para evitar que Barney le proponga matrimonio a Patrice.
Y allí se encuentra "The Robin", la última jugada del Playbook de Barney. Esto es precioso y muy relevante por varios motivos. A continuación, los pasos:
The Robin
- Admit to yourself that you still have feelings for this girl.
- Choose the completely wrong moment to make a drunken move (after hanging out at a strip club) and get shot down on purpose.
- Agree that you two don't work, locking the door on any future you could have together (Which will drive Robin nuts)
- Robin goes nuts.
- Find the person who annoys Robin most in the world and ask for her help.
- Check with your doctor about possible broken ribs.
- Pretend to be dating Patrice.
- Wait until Robin inevitably breaks into your place to find the Playbook and show it to Patrice, which you'll monitor via the hidden cameras you have in your apartment.
- After Patrice finds the Playbook, have your first big fight.
- Prove your loyalty to Patrice by burning the Playbook (and actually burn it). You don't need it anymore.
- Because your friends have no boundaries, they'll inevitably have an intervention for Robin, which you'll monitor via the hidden cameras you have in Marshall and Lily's apartment.
- Tell only Ted about your plan to propose to Patrice.
- Wait and see if Ted tells Robin, and if he does it means your best bro in the world has let go of Robin and has given you his blessing.
- Robin arrives at her favorite spot in the city and finds the secret final page of the Playbook. The last play you'll ever run.
- Robin realizes she's standing underneath mistletoe.
- Hopes she says yes. "Robin Scherbatsky... will you marry me?"
Para mí los puntos clave son:
- Paso 10: Barney quema el Playbook, donde guardaba todas sus tácticas para ligar. Esto significa que de verdad quiere cambiar y estar sólo con Robin.
- Pasos 12 y 13: Barney pone a prueba a Ted. Si Ted no se lo cuenta a Robin, significa que aún tiene esperanzas de acabar con ella. Al haberla dejado ir, Ted está dando su bendición a la relación, lo cual me ha parecido precioso, por parte de ambos.
Los dos capítulos han sido divertidos, me gustó mucho lo de salir del pozo, pero esto... esto ha sido taaaan bonito. En serio, Ted, ¡a ver cómo superas esta proposición! Good luck!

A mi también me han encantado los dos capis. Me he reido bastante, incluso con Ted. Y aunque desde el principio del capi cuando Barney se lo cuenta a Ted ya me imaginé q era todo mentira lo de Patrice, lo de "The Robin" no lo esperaba.
